Rachel Dye

Rachel earned her B.S. Psychology and B.A. Religious Education with concentrations in Youth Ministry & Biblical Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Before coming to the Excel Center she worked as a Teacher Assistant, Specialized Foster Care Case Manager and Job Coach/Trainer at Challenge Unlimited Inc. “I believe people deserve opportunities to better themselves and their situation. In our country, education and employment are the driving factors when it comes to someone finding the safety and security we all long for as humans. I believe we are all capable of great things when we apply ourselves. I’m at Excel Center to help individuals embrace the challenge of change and write a new chapter in their lives which leads to the future they dream of!”
