Chris retired from the Fox School District after 27 years of teaching. Along with being a classroom teacher, she was on the district’s Professional Development Committee, was a Grade Leader, and an administrator for one of the summer school sites. After retiring, she heard about the Excel Center and came to check it out. Within minutes she knew she had to be a part of the Center. Chris says, “To help adults earn a high school diploma that will open doors for them to achieve their goals and dreams was something I wanted to be a part of. This Excel Center continues to amaze me with all of the support in place to make great things happen for individuals and families. While I came to help inspire and motivate the students, they continuously inspire and motivate ME to be the best educator I can be for them!!”
